✔️ FIXED BUG: Explorer Mode Moving Too Fast

In explorer mode, pressing Num 4 / Num 6 moves you West/East; Num 8 / Num 2 moves you North/South.

The movement speed is fine for TAW with its 2000×2000 km terrain, but it is way too fast for Ace Combat with its 200×200 km terrains. You literally fly out of the terrain after a split second.

The speed should adjust to terrain size.

Next version will have speed adjusted to tile size. I.e. on AC3 maps with 512 m tile sidelength, speed will only be a fraction of that on TAW maps with 3000+ m tile sidelength.
