This tool as like the Campaign Status, but with a better user interface. There is also an executable that reads the mission file (next 8 hours) listing the missions scheduled by ATO.

Comprehensive tool for campaign editing. Never used it myself thus far and there have been reports about problems making it run. There is a comprehensive manual included.

I had a look at 'Strategic Command' years ago, and from I remember it was very version specific. I wonder if it came out before DiD did the Tactcom upgrade, and whether it was sanctioned at all by DiD.

Not sure when SC came out exactly, but the manual states 1997. So definitely after TACTCOM.

Yes didn't remember that either, As time passes by and we are getting old.

EFUTIL entry is updated, managed to run it using the "Wimevdm" tool.

The good thing about this tool is that you can not only run 16 bit setups and old executables, there is a winhelp function included, discovered it by coincidence. You can use it to work with the old "HLP" files!

As the tool is freeware and you can obtain the sourcecode from the link above there might be some room to support such functionality from a front end to run old 16 bit installers or obtain a help file. Maybe such stuff could be included in another Reloaded release.
