💡 OPEN FEATURE: Altitude Palettes

The palette interpolation suggested for dynamic day-night-cycles can also be used to apply altitude palettes.

All current games – f22, EF2000, AC3 – would profit via a sky that looks more “stratospheric” at high altitudes. It could almost work as primitive cloud cover in EF2000.

The only problem is, the terrain API did not properly associate sky colors with a terrain view. I’d have to change that.
