Regarding the names of moving maps (and more), there are a few files (could be
.lev?) that help. E.g.

did.dat for files with a size of exactly 768 B, that’ll give me almost 150 hits – with most of them indeed looking like palettes. I assume that there is ca. 120 palette files in there but we just don’t have their full path and extension.
Any idea how to find them?
