🔴 OPEN BUG: EF2000 Time of Day Glitches

EF2000 was never meant to have dynamic day/night cycles. This is usually not a problem for TFXplorer; the according logic is just avoided for EF2000.

Except for one problem: The ADF/TAW opcode for changing the time of day seems to be used in EF2000 for some kind detail adjustment. As a result, the port of Bergen looks like this at 12:00–14:00:

The problem goes away at virtually any other time of day:

It is not sufficient to avoid the time of day logic in EF2000 emulation; it must be completely removed.
