All political means of ending this conflict have been exhausted by the UN, with the result that larger scale action has now been sanctioned.

To this end and with the aim of dramatically shortening the conflict, the US and Saudi airforces are to strike all major <u>command and communication</u> facilities within Yemen, particularly those around the cities of San'a and Aden.

Your mission will be to command the battle from the <u>Saudi AWACS aircraft</u>. CAPs and escorts will need to be directed towards threatening Yemeni fighters while thirsty strike aircraft will need refueling both before and after their strike. Mission start time is 01:00 hours.

The <u>Rules of Engagement</u> in force currently are as follows:

<c=g>1) All air and sea contacts must be identified as Yemeni by sensor and or Televisual systems and only then may be engaged</c>

<c=g>2) Ground targets which are mission objectives must be attacked with the minimum of collateral damage. Any target of opportunity or necessity may be attacked within the state of Yemen</c>

<c=g>3) Positively no US forces are to breach the territorial boundaries of surrounding neutral countries</c>
